Middletown Connecticut Kitchen Remodel
The owners of a charming home in Middletown Connecticut, called Bencar Building Systems to discuss a kitchen remodeling project. They were struggling for counter space and the walls between the kitchen and dining room made it difficult to entertain.
After we met with them and discussed their ideas and wishes, we sent their floor plan to our kitchen designer at Bender Showroom in New Haven. He created a beautiful layout and once they met with him and selected their cabinets and countertop, we were able to put together the final price of their project which included all materials, labor, and subcontractor costs.
Their project was scheduled when we knew everything that was ordered had arrived. Demo Day arrived and the project sailed right through to the Punch List at the hands of one of our incredible crews!
Their selections included Fabuwood cabinets in Galaxy Frost for the perimeter and Galaxy Nickel for the island, Viatera Quartet quartz countertops, and a Kohler Cairn sink and Kohler Sensate pull-down faucet.
The elimination of the walls created a larger kitchen and a wonderful flow into the dining area. Transforming the pantry into additional cabinets made space for a coffee nook and a great location for an overhead microwave!
We love helping homeowners with their kitchen remodeling projects!
