We were pleasantly surprised to receive a call from homeowners we built a deck for 16 years ago. They were interested in remodeling their kitchen and their master bathroom. We scheduled or initial meeting with them to talk about what they were interested in doing. Our remodeling company has a detailed Remodel Process that keeps everything on track during the pricing stages.
After our initial meeting, we brought our kitchen designer from Bender Showrooms to meet with them, take measurements and talk about their likes and dislikes in their kitchen. Once we received the layout back, we brought our electrician and plumber to their home to review the project and get their estimates. During that time, the homeowners visited Bender to select cabinets, granite and fixtures and North Haven Ceramic Tile for tile selections.
We put the schedule together to maximize our time on the job and started on the bathroom and a few days later the kitchen. This allowed the plumber and electrician to complete their work on both rooms at once. The homeowners were pretty certain during the planning process that they wanted to keep a solid wall between the kitchen and living room but once they started to see the change unfold they had us cut and frame a opening between the rooms.
Everything came together wonderfully and and within six weeks the homeowners had a brand new kitchen and bathroom!
